אינטראקציות ויצירת קשר דרך האתר כאשר משתמש פונה אלינו מרצונו החופשי באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני או WhatsApp, הוא עשוי למסור מידע אישי כגון מספר טלפון ו/או כתובת אימייל. האתר עשוי לאסוף גם מידע טכני מוגבל כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, סוג מערכת הפעלה ונתוני שימוש סטטיסטיים אנונימיים, וזאת למטרות תפעוליות ואנליטיות בלבד.

תוכן המועלה על ידי משתמשים באפליקציות בעת השימוש באפליקציות המוצעות באתר, משתמשים עשויים להעלות מרצונם תוכן כגון תמונות, סרטוני וידאו, הקלטות שמע או מידע אחר, וזאת לצורך המטרה הבלעדית של הפקת הדוח המבוקש (PDF). תוכן זה אינו נאסף ואינו נשמר כחלק ממאגר נתוני משתמשים, והוא מעובד אך ורק במהלך סשן (Session) זמני.

כיצד נעשה שימוש במידע?

• כדי לשפר את איכות השירות וחווית המשתמש.

התוכן המועלה על ידי המשתמש משמש אך ורק לעיבוד על פי דרישה ולהפקת הדוח, ואינו משמש לבניית פרופיל משתמש, לשיווק או לאימון מודלים של בינה מלאכותית (AI).

שיטת עיבוד הנתונים – פרטיות כבר בשלב התכנון (Privacy by Design)

האפליקציות פועלות באמצעות ארכיטקטורת עיבוד זמנית (Ephemeral), שנועדה למזער את החשיפה לנתונים. המערכת אינה כוללת:

• רישום משתמשים (Registration).
• אחסון תמונות, וידאו או שמע.
• אחסון כתובות אימייל בתוך האפליקציות.
• מאגר נתוני משתמשים.
• "זיכרון" או רציפות בין סשנים שונים.

ברגע שתהליך הפקת הדוח מסתיים והסשן באפליקציה נסגר, כל התוכן שהועלה על ידי המשתמש נמחק באופן אוטומטי ואינו נשמר בשרתי החברה.

אנחנו לא זוכרים. אתם כן. האחריות על שמירה, הורדה או שיתוף של קובץ ה-PDF שהופק (באמצעות אימייל, WhatsApp או כל אמצעי אחר) חלה על המשתמש בלבד.

עם מי המידע משותף?

מידע אישי אינו נמכר, מושכר או משותף עם מפרסמים או צדדים חיצוניים למטרות שיווקיות. ייתכן שימוש בספקי שירות צד שלישי מהימנים (כגון תשתית ענן או ספקי שירות טכניים) אך ורק כדי לאפשר את התפעול הטכני של השירות, ובכפוף להתחייבויות האבטחה והפרטיות שלהם.

We do not remember. You do. Responsibility for saving, downloading, or sharing the generated PDF (via email, WhatsApp, or any other method) rests solely with the user.
