אילו נתונים אישיים נאספים?

אינטראקציות ויצירת קשר דרך האתר כאשר משתמש פונה אלינו מרצונו החופשי באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני או WhatsApp, הוא עשוי למסור מידע אישי כגון מספר טלפון ו/או כתובת אימייל. האתר עשוי לאסוף גם מידע טכני מוגבל כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, סוג מערכת הפעלה ונתוני שימוש סטטיסטיים אנונימיים, וזאת למטרות תפעוליות ואנליטיות בלבד.

תוכן המועלה על ידי משתמשים באפליקציות בעת השימוש באפליקציות המוצעות באתר, משתמשים עשויים להעלות מרצונם תוכן כגון תמונות, סרטוני וידאו, הקלטות שמע או מידע אחר, וזאת לצורך המטרה הבלעדית של הפקת הדוח המבוקש (PDF). תוכן זה אינו נאסף ואינו נשמר כחלק ממאגר נתוני משתמשים, והוא מעובד אך ורק במהלך סשן (Session) זמני.

כיצד נעשה שימוש במידע?

  • כדי להשיב לפניות ביוזמת המשתמש.
  • כדי להפעיל את האתר והאפליקציות בצורה תקינה.
  • כדי להפיק את הדוח המבוקש (PDF).
  • כדי לשפר את איכות השירות וחווית המשתמש.

. התוכן המועלה על ידי המשתמש משמש אך ורק לעיבוד על פי דרישה ולהפקת הדוח, ואינו משמש לבניית פרופיל משתמש, לשיווק או לאימון מודלים של בינה מלאכותית (AI).

אבטחת מידע ותשתית (Privacy by Design)

תשתית הענן והאבטחה: תשתית השירות והעיבוד מתבססות באופן בלעדי על סביבת הענן המאובטחת של Google Cloud Platform (GCP). הניתוח מתבצע בתוך האקו-סיסטם הסגור והמוצפן של גוגל, העומד בתקני האבטחה הבינלאומיים המחמירים ביותר (כדוגמת ISO 27001, SOC 2/3 והצפנה במנוחה ובתעבורה). הגישה לנתונים סגורה וללא מפתחות גישה גלויים או קישורים חיצוניים.

עיבוד רגעי (Ephemeral Processing): אנו פועלים במודל שבו המידע קיים רק לצורך העיבוד המיידי. עם סיום הפקת הדוח, המידע נמחק אוטומטית משרתי העיבוד. המערכת תוכננה כך שאינה כוללת:

  • רישום משתמשים (Registration).
  • אחסון תמונות, וידאו או שמע לטווח ארוך.
  • מאגר נתוני משתמשים (Database).
  • "זיכרון" או רציפות בין סשנים שונים.

"אנחנו לא זוכרים. אתם כן."
האחריות על שמירה, הורדה או שיתוף של קובץ ה-PDF שהופק חלה על המשתמש בלבד. כל בקשה לניתוח חוזר תחייב העלאה מחדש של הקובץ.

ייתכן שנשמרים לוגים טכניים כלליים מצד ספקי הענן (כגון Google Cloud) לצרכים תפעוליים ואבטחתיים, אך אנו לא משתמשים בלוגים אלה לזיהוי אישי, פרופילינג או שיווק.

אם המשתמש בוחר לשלוח אלינו חומרים במייל/וואטסאפ, ההעתק נשמר בתיבת הדוא״ל/הוואטסאפ שלו ושלנו בהתאם להגדרות החשבון, ואינו נכנס למערכת נפרדת.

עם מי המידע משותף?

מידע אישי אינו נמכר, מושכר או משותף עם מפרסמים או צדדים חיצוניים למטרות שיווקיות. ייתכן שימוש בספקי שירות צד שלישי מהימנים (כגון תשתית ענן) אך ורק כדי לאפשר את התפעול הטכני של השירות, ובכפוף להתחייבויות האבטחה והפרטיות שלהם.

עוגיות (Cookies)

האתר עשוי להשתמש בעוגיות חיוניות לצורך תפעול תקין וניתוח סטטיסטי אנונימי. עוגיות אלו אינן מזהות משתמשים באופן אישי.

Cloud Infrastructure & Security: Our service infrastructure relies exclusively on the secure environment of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Analysis is performed within Google's closed, encrypted ecosystem (compliant with ISO 27001, SOC 2/3, and encrypted in transit/rest). Data access is strictly controlled with no exposed keys or external links.

Ephemeral Processing: We operate on a model where data exists only for the immediate processing time. Once the report is generated, data is automatically deleted from the processing servers. The system is designed to exclude:

  • User registration.
  • Long-term storage of images, videos, or audio.
  • User databases.
  • Continuity or "memory" between sessions.

"We do not remember. You do."
Responsibility for saving or sharing the generated PDF rests solely with the user. Any request for re-analysis requires re-uploading the file.

With whom is the information shared?

Personal information is not sold or shared with advertisers. Trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud infrastructure) may be used solely to enable technical operations, subject to security obligations.

Cookies
